My first book, Undersong, was published in 2019 by FutureCycle Press. This collection was a long time in the making, and I’m happy that it’s out in the world. I think it’s always hard to boil down what a poem is about, let alone what a whole book of poems is about. For me, these poems are about paying attention to the music in our daily lives, the music that runs underneath everything, a kind of undersong.
